For Home Buyers

Welcome to the Foothills Clusters Homeowners Association website!  Here you will find a complete set of governing documents for both the Foothills Clusters HOA as well as the Foothills Homeowners Master Association.  Membership in both associations is mandatory.  We urge you to carefully read the governing documents and understand that homeowners and residents agree to abide by these documents.  Special attention should be paid to the Covenants, Conditions & Requirements (CC&R’s) which deal with specific situations such as, but not limited to  home improvements, pets, recreational vehicle parking, and so on.

Developers and homeowners should especially be aware of the need for filing an Architectural Change Application and getting approval from the Architectural Control Committee before beginning any and all exterior improvements. Properties adjoining the neighborhood’s Common Areas will also need approval by the Foothills Homeowners Master Association before work begins.

Please feel to email the Architectural Control Committee with your questions or comments at Contact@FoothillsClusters.com.   The committee is more than willing to informally discuss your plans at any time.

Note: The content on this page is an unofficial digest of the Foothills Clusters HOA governing documents. Please refer to the recorded documents elsewhere on this site for authoritative information.
