Committees

There are currently eight committees staffed by unpaid volunteers in our neighborhood:

Architectural Control Committee 
Reviews applications for exterior changes to homes per CC&R’s.
    The chair of Architectural Control Committee must be a board member per ARS 33-1817 Section B.1 and members appointed by FCHOA Board per CC&R, Article V.

Compliance and Enforcement Committee
Monitors CC&R compliance and when necessary bring forth CC&R enforcement action.

Budget and Finance Committee
With the Treasurer and the Board prepares and annual budget, oversees expenditures and  manages assets.

Business Process Committee
Recommends business processes and rules and reviews/maintains governing documents. 

Landscape Committee
Manage vegetation along our private roads and both entrances statuary and lighting.   

Roads Committee
Monitors and supervises planning and maintenance of our private roads.

Nominating Committee
Recruits nominees for the Board of Directors and manages the annual elections.

Welcome Committee
Welcomes new residents.

Communications Staff  
(unpaid volunteers)
Performs a staff function for the Board of Directors, with homeowners and residents via the FCHOA website, portal and Clusters sandwich board(s).  In addition, staffs  CONTACT@FoothillsClusters.com, the FCHOA receptionist functions for: receiving, logging, and tracking to closure homeowner inquires and request(s).
