About

The Foothills Clusters is a neighborhood of 350 homes situated at the base of the Santa Catalina mountain range.  Ranging from approximately 2,900 to 3,100 feet above sea level, it offers stunning views of the mountains by day, spectacular sunsets and, at night,  dramatic panoramas  of the City of Tucson below.  Wildlife such as mountain lions, bobcats, javelinas, coyotes and fox are frequent visitors to the neighborhood.  With the lush desert vegetation, bird watchers are always delighted with a seemingly endless variety of native and migrating species.

Located eight miles north of downtown Tucson, the Foothills Clusters offers convenient access to the University of Arizona, cultural centers, schools, hospitals, exclusive shopping and fine dining.  Residences are single-story, single-family homes that were constructed since the mid-1970’s.  Homes are situated along thirty-five cul-de-sacs.  Common Areas spread throughout the neighborhood help provide added separation between homes.  The Foothills Clusters provide a unique sense of desert living in a thriving urban setting.
