The Foothills Clusters Homeowners Association uses a specialized HOA online service called “Caliber Portal “, now part of “FRONTSTEPS”. In addition to other features, this service allows you to pay your annual assessments and/or other fees online. This service interfaces directly with Alliance Association Bank (AAB) for our banking services. Caliber is a separate Web application, from this web site (FoothillsClusters.com), each homeowner has a unique logon and password into the portal.
With your online account you can pay your assessments and/or fees two ways:
- eCheck for direct payment from your personal checking account
- Credit card (a bank surcharge applies)
Of course, you can always pay your assessment and/or fees directly by mailing a paper check, payable to Foothills Clusters Homeowners Association; mailed to:

To use the online payment services you must first create an online account by clicking Create an Online Account. Then, click on “Create login” and follow the online instructions.

Once inside your online account, you will see any outstanding amounts due and have the ability to pay them online. When making payment with eCheck thru Alliance Association Bank, you will need to provide: Association ID = 8146 .
Note: The online service is operated by AAB and is fully secure. The FCHOA does not store or have access to your online banking information.
