FCHOA Property Record Request

What Is In Your Property Records?

The records of the Foothills Clusters Homeowners Association include a file for every lot, containing paper records dating back to the formation of the Association nearly fifty years ago.  Documents on file typically include construction approvals; enforcement letters; property transfer records; and other miscellaneous correspondence.  Some property files contain only a couple of pages; others may have 25 pages or more.  They should by no means be considered complete, as records were not consistently filed over the years.

If you would like to know what records are on file for your property, send a request with your address and lot number, if the latter is known to you, to our Secretary at board.Sec@FoothillsClusters.com.   Someone will pull the file and provide you with a chronological listing of the records that it contains.  You may then request copies of some or all of those records, which will be provided to you for a small fee.
