Create an Online Account for Your HOA Payments
The Foothills Clusters Homeowners Association uses Alliance Association Bank (AAB) for its banking services. With an AAB online account you can pay your assessments and fees four different ways:
- Paper Check (no charge)
- Electronic ACH Payment (no charge)
- Debit Ccard ($5 flat fee)
- Credit card (3% surcharge)
To use the online banking services you must first create an online account by clicking Create an Online Account.

Note: The online service is operated by AAB and is fully secure. The FCHOA does not store or have access to your online banking information.
